Accommodation Rules

Whilst we at Wilton House would like all our guests to have an enjoyable and relaxing stay, we do have to set some rules to respect other guests. Below are key points to remember during your stay:

1. Minimum booking age is 25 years old; ID is required.
2. All doors should be locked, and windows closed when not occupying accommodation – we do not take responsibility for any lost or stolen items.
3. Do not flush sanitary items, paper towels, wipes, etc. down toilets to avoid blockage of drains.
4. We operate a strict noise policy – noise levels should be kept to a minimum, especially between the hours of 10pm-8am. Remember noise travel easily at night, so try and remain indoors after this time.
5. Smoking is not permitted in any of our accommodation.
6. The number of persons using the accommodation must not exceed the number it sleeps.
7. Apartments must be left in a reasonable state, with rubbish put in bins provided and cutlery/crockery washed and left as found. A cleaning charge may be applied if excessive cleaning is required.
8. No pets allowed.
9. No parties, stag, hens allowed.
10. We will not tolerate ANY illegal activity. CCTV is monitored 24/7.
11. No candles allowed.
12. Visitors must be pre-approved, registered and signed in with management. No exceptions!
