You will receive a code via email to gain entry to the main building, please keep note of this when going to and from building as there will not always be someone on hand to let you in. Your key is your responsibility.
Within your apartment you will find your private bathroom/s with shower/s, sink and toilet. We have also provided some rituals toiletries for your use. Bathroom towels are provided either in the bathroom or on your bed – please do not remove the towels from your accommodation unit. Do not flush sanitary items, paper towels, wipes, etc. down toilets to avoid blockage of drains.
Checkout time is up to 11am on your departure day, please return your key to a staff member or to the key drop box provided. Keys not returned will incur a £10 charge.
We provide some basic cleaning equipment and supplies for you to use during your stay, including a dustpan and brush, wash cloths, dishcloths, scrubber and washing up liquid.
A comprehensive clean will be carried out once per week, additional cleaning available upon request.
All our apartments are fitted with smoke detectors, please do not tamper with, or disable these. They are there for your own safety and are a legal requirement. If they are activated, please investigate cause and if safe it can be reset by pressing the reset button. If detector is out of reach or if there is a fire, please call reception urgently for assistance.
Kitchens are all fitted with a fire blanket. Please do not misuse fire equipment as this is an offence and you are putting your own and the lives of others in danger. In the event of a fire, please evacuate the property and go to the fire assembly point.
We do have a first aid box available at reception. Should you require it please contact a member of our team.
You will find the heating dial on the wall in the living area, simply turn it to the desired temperature.
We provide a range of cutlery, crockery, glassware, and cooking utensils. Please report any breakages and return items to the same location where you found them prior to check out, washed and dried. Charges may apply for broken or missing items.
All lighting is checked prior to arrival, should one go out during your stay, please contact a member of our team who will be able to assist with a replacement bulb.
We do regular preventative maintenance on our apartments, and these are checked prior to arrival. If, however we have missed something or if something breaks during your stay, please bring this to our attention so that we are able to rectify this as soon as possible.
For all our guests to have an enjoyable time we do have a noise policy in operation. We ask that noise levels are always kept to a minimum, but particularly after 22:00. Note that failure to comply with this may lead to you being asked to leave.
Parking is not available. However there is paid on street parking available, along with multiple long stay car parks nearby.
All our apartments are strictly non-smoking. If evidence of smoking is found inside your accommodation a penalty charge of £100 will be charged to your debit/credit card. Further charges may apply if the unit cannot be let due to smoking smell within accommodation.
A £200 security deposit is payable upon arrival. In some cases we increase the deposit amount.
Each of our apartments have a television with all available Freeview TV and Radio channels. Press the TV Guide button on the remote to get a full listing of all channels available.
Please place all waste within the bin provided within your apartment. Additional bin bags are provided under the kitchen sink if needed.
Each apartment has a capacity limit with the number of guests allowed to sleep due to fire regulations. If you are planning on having visitors the must be pre-approved, registered and signed in with management.
Visitors are permitted to stay until 22:00 hrs only.
