Booking Conditions and Cancellations

Minimum Nights Stay

• A minimum of 2 nights booking on all accommodation all year round.
• Please contact us directly for long stay rates.

Cancellation Policy

• Full payment of the booking is required at the time of booking unless a flexible rate has been booked.
• Refunds may only be available for cancellations made 5 days or more in advance of the booking arrival.
• A cancellation fee will apply to all bookings.
• Management reserves the right to relocate or cancel any booking at its discretion.
